Delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the app — no email required:
- 1Open Runn and go to your Profile tab.
- 2Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
- 4Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
If you no longer have access to the app, email joinrunn@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we'll handle it manually.
Common questions
How do I cancel my Runn Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — not by Runn directly. To cancel: on iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Runn and tap Cancel. On Android, open the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Runn and tap Cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not by Runn. On iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, contact Google Play support. We're unable to process refunds directly.
Why is GPS inaccurate on my run?
GPS accuracy depends on satellite signal and device hardware. For best results: start your run outdoors with clear sky visibility, wait for the GPS indicator in the app to show a strong lock before running, and ensure Location is set to 'Always' in your device settings so the route records continuously with the screen off.
The app stopped recording mid-run — is my data saved?
Yes. Runn buffers your GPS track locally while recording. If the app is force-closed or crashes, your run data is preserved and the app will offer to recover it the next time you open it.
Who can see my runs?
Each run has its own visibility setting: Public (visible to everyone), Followers only, or Private (only you). You choose the default in Settings and can override it per run before or after saving.
